The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Non examinée hors du cadre. La feuille est fixée au revers à un support cartonné. La feuille présente une très légère ondulation. Le bord supérieur est très légèrement irrégulier vers la partie gauche. Présence de résidus de ruban adhésif le long du bord gauche ainsi que de petites accrétions et de très fines cassures du papier par endroits sur la surface. De très légères traces de frottement sont visibles le long du bord supérieur, vers la partie droite. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

Not examined out of the frame. The sheet is hinged on the reverse to a carboard support. The sheets undulates very slightly. The upper edge is very slightly irregular towards the left part. There are adhesive paper residues along the left edge as well as small accretions and faint paper creases in places to the surface. Minor rubbing is visible along the upper edge, towards the right part. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
