The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

La feuille est marouflée sur papier. La surface est légèrement poussiéureuse. Des trous de punaise de l’artiste sont visibles aux angles. Le bord supérieur présente quelques déchirures et manques du papier par endroits, non visible lorsque l'oeuvre est encadrée. La feuille présente quelques traces de manipulation, principalement le long des bords et inhérentes à la méthode de travail de l'artiste. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

The sheet is laid on paper. Pin holes by the artist are visible to the corner. The upper edge presents a few minor rips and paper losses places, not visible when the work is framed. The sheet present a few handling marks, mostly along the edges and inherent to the artist's working method. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
