The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Cette œuvre est vendue encadrée. L’œuvre est sur sa toile d’origine. La surface est légèrement encrassée et poussiéreuse. Présence de deux marques du châssis sur la surface le long des bords supérieur et inférieur. Quelques réseaux de craquelures de séchage sont visibles par endroits sur la surface. Examinée à la lumière UV: présence de quelques zones de repeints par endroits, principalement à la periphérie de l’œuvre.

This work is sold framed. The work is not lined. The surface is slightly dirty and dusty. There are two stretcher marks to the surface along the upper and lower edges. Some nets of drying cracks are visible in places to the surface. Examined under UV light: there are areas of inpainting in places, mostly to the periphery of the work.
