The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pen, ink and wax crayon on paper. The reverse of the sheet is attached at the corners to a plexy. Some mat- and light-staining. Two small areas of skinning at the extreme upper corners. One associated with a small area of glue remnant corresponding to a previous mounting. A further small area of skinning at the centre of the left edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.

Plume, encre et crayon gras sur papier. Le revers de la feuille est attaché à chaque coin à un plexi. Brunissement de la feuille dû au montage le long des bords. La feuille est insolée. Deux petites zones d’épidermure dans l’extrémité des coins supérieur. Une associée à de petites zones de résidus de colle correspondant à un ancien montage. Une autre petite zone d’épidermure au centre du bord gauche. Sous réserve de ce qui précède et selon notre opinion, cette œuvre apparait en bonne condition générale.
