The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Quelques très petits points d’accrétion sont visibles par endroits sur la surface, notamment dans le 'R' du quart supérieur gauche ainsi que le 'N' du quart supérieur droit. De très fines craquelures de séchage sont visibles dans les parties blanches du quart inférieur gauche. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

This work is sold framed. The work is not lined. A few minot pinpoint accretions are visible in places to the surface, mostly in the 'R' of the upper left quadrant as well as the 'N' of the upper right quadrant. Hairline drying cracks are visible in the white parts of the lower left quadrant. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
