The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

L'œuvre est vendue dans sa boîte d'origine. Tous les éléments semblent être présents. La structure de l’œuvre est en bonne condition. La surface présente quelques très légères accrétions par endroits. Une très légères griffure et une très légère trace de frottement sont visibles dans la partie supérieure du cendrier. Un petit point d'abrasion est visible dans la robe jaune. Trois très légers points d'écaillage et une fine craquelure sont visibles sur les arêtes. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

The work is sold in its original box. All elements appear to be present. The work is structurally sound. The surface presents very slight accretions in places. A very fine scratch and some minor rubbing are to the upper part of the ashtray. A small point of abrasion is visible to the yellow dress. Three very slight points of flaking and a thin crack are to the extreme edges. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
