The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Présence de petits points de manque de matière, principalement en périphérie des collages, pour certains inhérents à la méthode de travail de l'artiste. Quelques petites accrétions superficielles sont par endroits sur la surface. Présence de quelques très légères traces de frottement par endroits, principalement long des bords. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

This work is sold framed. The glue residues, slight liftings and undulations of the collages and the few fraying in places along the edges of the fabric collages, are inherent to the artist’s working method. There are pinpoint medium losses, mostly to the periphery of the collages, for some inherent to the artist’s working method. A few small superficial accretions are in places to the surface. There are a few minor rubbing in places, mostly to the edges. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
