The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Cette œuvre est vendue encadrée. La feuille est fixée au revers à un support cartonné par des charnières le long des bords. La feuille présente une très légère ondulation et a très légèrement jauni. Les bords sont irréguliers. Quelques traces de manipulation de l'artiste sont par endroits le long des bords. Un très petit accroc du papier est visible le long du bord droit, vers la partie inférieure. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

This work is sold framed. The sheet is hinged on the reverse to a cardboard support along the edges. The sheet undulates very slightly and has very slightly yellowed. The edges are irregular. A few handling marks by the artist are in places along the edges. A very small paper snag is visible along the right edge, towards the lower part. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
