The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Présences de quelques petits points d'accrétion par endroits sur la surface. Présence de trois très légères traces de frottement sur la surface l’élément (i), uniquement visibles en lumière rasante, ainsi que quelques très légères traces de manipulation en périphérie. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

All elements appear to be present. The work is structurally sound. The surface is very slightly dusty. There are a few pinpoint accretions in places to the surface. There are three minor rubbing to the surface of the element (i), only visible under raking light, and a few minor handling marks to the periphery. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
