The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Cette œuvre est vendue encadrée. Le carton est fixé au revers à du papier par du ruban adhésif le long du bord supérieur. Les bords sont irréguliers. La surface est légèrement encrassée et poussiéreuse. Présence de points d’accrétion par endroits sur la surface. Les papiers ont légèrement jauni. Les irrégularités de la surface telles que les ondulations des collages, les déchirures, accrocs du papier et résidus de colle par endroits sont inhérents à la méthode de travail de l’artiste. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

This work is sold framed. The cardboard is fixed on the reverse to a paper with adhesive paper along the upper edge. The edges are irregular. The surface is slightly dirty and dusty. There are pinpoint accretions in places to the surface. The papers have slightly yellowed. The irregularities to the surface such as the undulations to the collages, the tears, the paper snags and glue residues in places are inherent to the artist’s working method. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
