The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

All elements appear to be present. The work is structurally sound. The electrical system is working. The surface is slightly dirty and dusty. There is a rubbing along the left edge. The metal rods present very slight oxidation marks. The irregularities to the panel, such as the small dents to the periphery of the work, and the two horizontal cracks to the center, are inherent to the artist’s chosen support. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
