The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
With overall wear to the decoration, most notable to the gilt rims throughout, and a few small scattered rim and footrim chips; further condition notes and dimensions listed below:
One large decanter and stopper (123⁄4 in. high) - The stopper broken and restored.
One small decanter and stopper (11 in. high)
Eight large tumblers (35⁄8 in. high)
Eleven small tumblers (31⁄2 in. high)
Forty-two red wine goblets in two patterns (43⁄4 in. high) - 14 with simpler design, these with more significant wear to the gilt rims; one with all-over design with a restored rim chip.
Twenty-six white wine glasses in two patterns (53⁄8 in. high) - 17 with simpler design.
Twenty-nine green rhine wine glasses (5 in. high)
Thirty-five port glasses (41⁄2 in. high)
Twenty-nine sherry glasses in two patterns (41⁄2 in. high) - 18 with simpler design; these with more significant wear to the gilt rims.
Twenty-six cordials (41⁄8 in. high)
Twenty-eight liquer glasses (35⁄8 in. high) - 17 with design just at the rim and border
Twelve finger bowls and stands (53⁄4 in. diameter, the stands; 41⁄8 in. diameter, the bowls)
Two rinsers (4 in. diameter)
Together with nine clear and frosted glass tumblers (43⁄8 in. high)
