The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Each with some firing flaws and imperfections to the undersides; one with a flat chip to one side of the sole, with some associated old restoration; the other with a very short minor hairline crack to the underside of the toe. Both shoes with restoration to the toe tips, sides of the insteps, along the opening of the mule; backs of shoes, and bottoms of heels; associated spray to the interior of each shoe.
