The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Good condition overall. All with wear consistent with age, surface scratches and nick to the covers, minor scratches and tarnishing of the interior, very minor loss to gilding to the interior.
The box with maker's mark 'E.K': there are minor localized dents, particularly along the underside, the largest a ¼ of an inch in length and a moderate scratch on the underside.
