The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Painted, glazed and partially engraved ceramic pitcher. Some minute bubbles in places inherent to the firing process. Some minute drying cracks in the burgundy pigments and in a few places in the black pigments inherent to the firing process. Some pale surface dirt inside the pitcher. The structure is sound and stable. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.

Pichet en céramique peinte, émaillée et partiellement incisée. Quelques minuscules bulles par endroits inhérentes au processus de cuisson. Quelques minuscules craquelures prématurées dans les pigments bordeaux et à de rares endroits dans les pigments noirs inhérentes au processus de cuisson. Légère salissure de surface à l’intérieur du pichet. La structure est solide et stable. Sous réserve de ce qui précède et selon notre opinion, cette œuvre apparaît en bonne condition générale.
