The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Oil on canvas. Not lined. Varnished. Artist tack holes to the four corners. Some very minor frame abrasions with associated rubbing to the extreme edges. Very slight surface dirt and a few pinpoints surface accretions. Examined under ultra-violet light: two small dots of retouching to the lower right corner. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the artwork is in overall very good condition.
