We have sought to record changes in the condition of this lot acquired after its initial manufacture.
- The painting is overall in good condition with some typical wear consistent with its age and the use of this type of handscroll.
- There is a split to the mounting at the edge of the painting when the scroll is first unrolled.
- There are some minor surface marks and creases.
- The top and bottom edges of the scroll have a few small losses and a few small tears from the edge.
- One heavy vertical crease with a small tear at each end.
- Some light foxing in places.
- The brocade mount has old wear overall.
