The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound and all elements appear to be present. There are inconsistencies and variations to the colour of the wood, and the surface is uneven, in keeping with the nature of the medium. There is glue visible to the joining areas of the work, presumably in keeping with the artist’s working method. It is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
