The Art of the Pinup

Christie’s is delighted to present a collaborative online sale of Vintage Posters and Photographs: The Art of the Pin-Up. The auction charts the history of the use of the female and male forms in advertising posters and photography throughout the 20th century. These images, which were to become instantly recognizable across the world, depicted a sophisticated and liberated lifestyle. The sale includes over 70 lots with estimates ranging from £600 up to £7,000.
