Robert Brown is an artist and writer who studied at Goldsmith's College in the 1980s where he specialised in sculpture and was a founder member of Bobok. After going walkabout for a large part of the 1990s he joined Christie's London in 1998 as their main writer on modern and contemporary art. Since then he has become International Head of Research for Modern, Post War and Contemporary art at Christie's.
