The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Good impression, slight fading. Paper slightly thin and with light rubbing and soiling. Some wear to paper edges with some small splits along the bottom edge. Slight trimming left and right edges. Bottom right corner with small repair and another small patch above the signature.
