The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this lot acquired after its initial manufacture.
Nos. 5 and 21:
- Very good impressions and colours.
- Some toning and minor soiling. Slight trimming.
- No. 5 with a few small holes patched.
- No. 21 with a fold along left margin and two small tears from left edge.
No 25:
Good impression, some colours faded.
- Soiled, rubbed, light creases.
- Restorations.
