The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- A leg has been restuck
- There appears to be some overpainting around the inscription on both interior and exterior possibly to conceal casting flaw or restoration
- A small shallow chip to the lower body
- A few expected minute nicks and dents, and some wear overall
