It is in our opinion that the property is in fair overall condition for its age.
- There are a few very minor dents and expected light wear to the mouth of cover and to the mouth of box.
- All four corners of box and cover have a few cracks which have been consolidated and overpainted on the interior; one corner of box also with a few associated cracks to the base.
