The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The 'prunus' dish:
- There are a few short firing flaws in one area on the interior and glaze imperfections to the exterior
- There are a few frits and nicks to the mouth rim
- There are chips and nicks to the foot rim
- As can be expected, there are scratches to the interior and exterior
The 'fisherman' dish:
- In overall good condition
- The mouth rim has been polished
- The foot rim has been slightly polished
- There is a frit to the interior
