The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- Appears to be in overall good condition
- Some minor buffing to the foot rim, and some expected minor surface abrasion, light scratches and wear overall
- Some minor irregularities due to firing, including a burst bubble, a notch under the glaze on the mouth rim, a few minor glaze gaps to the foot rim, and an iron spot below the mouth rim, all original to manufacture
- A few minor shallow chips to the unglazed ring on the underside of the base, possibly due to kiln grit trimming
- The Marchant sticker shown in the photo on the website has been lost.
