The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
It is in our opinion that the property is in good overall condition for its age.
-There are small restored chips on the sides on the cover case, first case and the fifth case.
-There are few tiny lacquer chips.
-There are some minor scratches and surface wear, and few shallow dents on the top of cover case.
-The risers with some expected scratches and surface wear, consistant with age and use.
