The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
It is in our opinion that the property is in very good overall condition for its age.
-There are very few scratches and surface wear.
-There are two very tiny shallow dents on top of the cover case.
-There is a crack on the interior of the third case.
-The risers with some expected scratches and surface wear, consistant with age and use.
