The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
It is in our opinion that the property is in good overall condition for its age.
Figure of mouse: -There is a small old chip to proper left ear.
- The lacquer is well-worn.
Figure of rabbit:
- There is a short and fine age crack extends from proper right rear foot to the body.
Two mushrooms:- There is some very minor staining to the surface.
Figure of seated man: - There is a tiny nick to the bottom edge of the robe, and a tiny shallow chip to the toy held in the man’s hand.
- There is some expected very light rubbing to the gilt decoration at some places.
Figure of fish: - There is an area of polish to the tail.
Figures of man and boy: - There is some expected very light rubbing to the gilt and lacquer decoration.
All: There are some expected tiny dents and light surface wear.
