The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired since its initial manufacture.
Pomegranate jar:
- appears to be in overall good condition
Small jar:
- appears to be in overall good condition except for two very minor flaws on the shoulder
teapot and cover:
- the cover has a firing crack to the flange with associated hairline extends upward to the top, and another shorter hairline to the flange
- the ewer has a hairline extends from the mid body upward to where the handle joins body, approx. 1 1.2 in./3.8 cm.
- a tiny nick to the tip of the spout
