The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
It is in our opinion that the property is in very good overall condition for its age, except:
-There are some minor spots and few tiny stains.
-There are some very faint creases, corresponding the backing paper.
-There is a tiny area with silk split on the maples.
