-There are light toning, scratches, abrasion and some spots.
-There are some retouched and unretouched wormholes.
-There is a tiny watermark on the left panel.
-There are some pencil marks on the right painting.
-On the mounting, each side has tears on the bottom sections; the right margin on the left panel with an area of restored paper loss at the bottom.
-The hinge is partially disconnected.
