We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture. -Both have a fine hairline crack to the top of the head and some tiny minor chips to the edge of the base -One monk with restoration to the scroll tip, exposed foot and to a small crescent-shaped section of the base. He also has a small glaze flake to one cheek. -The other monk with restoration to his scroll, three left finger tips and two chips to the base. His right pinky finger tip missing.
