The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
All:
- Expected surface abrasion and slight loss to gilt decoration
One bowl:
- One hairline to the mouth rim
The other bowl:
- A few tiny nicks to the foot rim
One cover:
- One small chip to the mouth rim with a short associated hairline
The other cover:
- Two chips to the mouth rim, one chip with a short associated hairline
- A small area of touch up to the rim of the handle
