We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- Areas of restoration to the top edge and to the tail of the lion
- A few small areas of touched-ups, including to the proper right tooth, and to one paw
- Three spur marks to one end original to manufacture
- One small flaw/hole to the base
- Expected wear overall and a few areas of surface abrasion
