CHINA, QING DYNASTY, QIANLONG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There are a small polished section (approx. 1 cm. long) (possibly due to a shock) and a nick to the foot rim.
- There are a few minute scattered firing faults such as pin-size glaze gaps, firing spots, and a small glaze fault on the body.
Otherwise, the bowl is in good overall condition with general age-related surface wear and scratches as can be expected.
