In fine overall condition. General wear, abrasion and consequential pigment loss throughout. The lower edge of the painting show flaking areas of white polychromy and loss to the lower right edge of the gold receptacle in the left corner. Some wear to the blue ground in the lower left and right corners and an area of more pronounced abrasion in the upper right corner. A puncture runs along the hanging finial on the right side. Two other areas, one along the outer proper left upper arm and in the elbow crease show wear to the paper and subsequent loss to pigment. The figure itself and painted ornamentation along the front of the body though remain visible with intact details.
