-Third panel from right: there an area with restored paper loss and a stabilized horizontal tear.
-Forth panel: there are two tears on the lower right corner, associated with lifting paper.
-The hinges between second and third, third and forth, forth and fifth panels are partially disconnected.

-There are water marks on top and bottom edges.
-Third panel from right: there are some stabilized tear and paper lifting on the upper section; and some scratches with small paper loss on the bottom.
-Forth panel: there are two retouched paper loss on the bottom; two vertical water stain from top edge.
-The hinge between third and forth panels is partially disconnected.
