It is in our opinion that the property is in good overall condition for its age.
-There are some expectscratches, surface wear and rubbings.
-There is a small shallow dent on the first case and on the top of cover case.
-There is a short crack each on the cover case and first case.
-The risers with some expected scratches and surface wear, consistant with age and use.
