The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired since its initial manufacture.
Stem cup:
- two small glaze chips and a few nicks as well as some light abrasion to the mouth rim
- a polished area under the glaze on the mouth rim which is original to manufacture
- some expected light surface abrasion
Tea bowl:
- polished potting flaws to and near the mouth on both interior and exterior
- a few small areas of touch-up to the outer mouth rim
- some expected light surface abrasion
Jue:
- one leg is missing
- filled crack to the spout
- the rim near one post is slightly bent
- some cuprite and malachite encrustation
