The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Rouleau:
- A short hairline and a horizontal short glaze crack associated with a frit to the mouth rim
- Two firing cracks to foot, and a few tiny nicks to glaze above foot rim

Bottle vase:
- Appears to be in overall good condition
- Leans slightly
- A few burst bubbles to glaze on neck and lower body, as well as a few small lumps under the glaze to neck
-Two tiny glaze chips above foot rim on one side

Bottle with landscape:
- The mouth has been cut and polished
- Three shallow chips associated with fritting to the lower edge of the decorated section on the neck
- A linear indentation under the glaze to one cartouche ; the same cartouche has a small, fine and branched crack under the glaze
- A small stained burst bubble or glaze nick to another cartouche, and a few short scratches overall

All:
- A few expected faint short scratches and occasional minor surface abrasion
