We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- A large chip to the lower part of the box's rim, associated with a few cracks extending to the mouth rim.
- Minute losses of lacquer to the rims (cover and box), associated with some age-cracks.
- Some small touch-ups to the lacquer as can be expected.
- General age-related surface wear and minute surface nicks as can be expected.
