We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The jar has not been examined without its mount. The top section of the mouth rim not visible due to the mounting, possibly polished to fit the mount.
Little wear to the gilding.
A frit and a potting fault to the foot rim.
General age-related surface wear and scratches as can be expected.
