The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Small areas of damage visible to gold surrounds around a few stones. A stone is possibly lacking to the prong located between the two suspension loops. The foils underneath the stones are now mostly discoloured with at least five with cracks and others showing light creases, each visible to the naked eye. There is some minor tarnishing to the gold, mainly around the edges. The enamel to the reverse shows some light and scattered losses.
