The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record the changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufactures. It is in our opinion that the properties are in good overall condition for their ages, except:
-Each painting with some minor soiling and some horizontal creases.
-Left painting with an area probably stained by water next to the rock (4 in. wide approx.)
