New Springs

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

(Pink background, facing right):
This work is unframed. The painted surface is slightly misaligned with the stretcher. There is faint wear to the lower corners. Light abrasions are visible along the top turning edge. The canvas is slightly slack and as a result stretcher bar marks are visible along the lower edge of the work. Some light water staining is visible on the reverse of the work. When examined under ultraviolet light, no inpainting is apparent.

(Blue background):
This work is unframed. There is a minute brown accretion close to the upper right corner. There is some wear to the lower corners. Some light water staining is visible on the reverse of the work. When examined under ultraviolet light, no inpainting is apparent.

(Pink background, facing left):
This work is unframed. There are some light brown drip-like accretions in the upper left quadrant and below the figure's ear on the right side of the work. Some light water staining is visible on the reverse of the work. When examined under ultraviolet light, no inpainting is apparent.
