Audrey Hepburn had a long history as a Louis Vuitton client, most famously adapting the ‘Keepall’ bag to a smaller, hand-bag sized ‘Speedy’. She used this bag frequently in various leathers and finishes. This ‘Papillon’ bag is also an unusual, small size and was used as a make-up bag.
