An autograph letter, signed, from Edward Moore "Ted" Kennedy to Audrey Hepburn on United States Senate headed stationery, dated Friday 19 May, 1967, the two page letter in black ink thanking her for finding his cufflink, lost on her lawn in Vaud You are so thoughtful to pursue its discovery after we departed and I am most grateful to you for it, Kennedy remembers the visit fondly ...I did my best to keep your cook happy with my three helpings of lasagne... Only just now am I hungory [sic] again, but other memories remain. I still see the Watermelons on the wall of your den and I still have some bruises from my wrestle with Sean, complimenting her on her perfect home ...a complete reflection of your own superb taste and charm and I enjoyed every minute that you let us share it with you, signed As ever, Ted, with original stamped addressed mailing envelope, postmarked Washington D.C., 22 May 1967
