We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
There is a large chip in the front edge of the robe at the base and a stress crack under the belly of the lion; there is a small firing crack at one tassel and at the tip of the banner resting on the lion. There is a small chipped area to the edge of the ribbon over the lion's right ear. Overall, the group is well articulated with good detail.
