The Goddess of Mercy is modelled seated at royal ease on a rocky outcrop, wearing a necklace and a long, flowing robe, her hands clasped together in front of her raised knee, her meditative expression framed by plaited braids cascading down both shoulders, a tied stack of books at her side. Impressed on the back with a square seal mark, He Chaochun zhi. The glaze is a warm, cream tone.
